AgentSync is growing! The AgentSync team is building out highly dynamic, modern applications which will allow us to scale effectively and expand our offerings.

Our engineering team is growing rapidly and we need to build best-in-class engineering systems, software, and infrastructure while speeding up our time to market.

The Software Engineering Manager of our Contracting product team will have the honor of setting the technical direction for our newest products we plan to go to market with, growing and empowering a small group of engineers, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure delivery of this product.

Working closely with the Director of Engineering, this role will collaborate across engineering, product, program management, and partners to build an innovative new product that delights and fulfills our mission in the insurance industry.

You will bring your technical, communication, and leadership skills to the forefront of expanding upon and designing world class products.

This position will be expected to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate sound engineering management while leading multiple teams of engineers.

What you’ll do :

  • Mentor, guide, and support the development of a team of frontend and backend engineers.
  • Manage delivery and quality of your assigned products.
  • Develop processes to enable best engineering practices to be followed for your teams in partnership with the Director of Engineering.
  • Coordinate across engineering and empower your team to design best-in-class products that follow development, testing, deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
  • Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both engineers and customer value delivered, and develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.

Your experience :

  • Experience managing software engineering managers, delivery leads, tech leads, or engineers.
  • Experience managing multiple agile teams.
  • Previous hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience and affinity for empowering and enabling your teams to achieve audacious goals.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively across engineering, product, and program management.
  • Passion for helping people grow their technical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading fast-moving, fast-growing teams while holding a high standard for quality and operational excellence.
  • Strong desire and ability to adhere to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) best practices.
  • Structured and well-organized work cadence with comfort tackling complexity and ambiguity.
  • A strong track record of problem-solving and a roll up your sleeves mentality.

Salary :

Denver / Boulder Metro

$175,000 - $205,000

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
