- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of patient care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
