JOB DUTIES
- Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and courteously.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office organization and efficiency by managing files, records, and office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
