Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting fee schedules and agreements of Wealth Management & Investment Services (WM&IS) accounts of various sizes established by clients for various purposes.

Responsible for the proper fee coding to ensure accurate administration of accounts for fee billing and revenue posting purposes, and for delivering high level of customer service.

This position requires high level of expertise consistent with the complexity of the governing document, regulatory guidelines and policies and procedures.

REQUIRED

• Three or more years of financial industry related experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED

• Advanced knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and / or services supported by the assigned area(s) and applicable regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong customer relations skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills

This position offers a hybrid / flexible schedule which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
