T. (R) (MR) (ARRT)NYS Injection / IV Certification - will consider strong candidates who take the IV placement course & site will arrange physician skills sign-off on-site.

BLS1 year experience minimum, 2 years preferred. Every other weekendScrubs must match top & bottom. Any color. No patterns.

Not provided.No open toed shoes or excessive jewelry. Long hair must be tied back; beards trimmed for fit-testing.No chipping paint on nails.
