YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :
The Executive Chef is responsible for running all the operations of the kitchen. Primary duties and responsibilities include :
- Oversee food & labor costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory, food quality, maintenance, health & safety
- Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality
- Menu concept development
- Recipe development, costing and record-keeping
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef for a high-volume ($4M+), upscale, full-service restaurant
- Extensive experience in Italian cuisine strongly preferred
- Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented enjoyment working with people
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Open to candidates willing to relocate
