Spokane Falls Care in Spokane, WA is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs)! Come join our amazing team!
Shifts Available : AM, PM, NOC
Candidates who complete an in-person interview and application are eligible to receive a $25 VISA gift card, while supplies last.
Must have active credentials to qualify
Pay Range : $45 an hour with $5k Sign on Bonus!

What you will do :
- Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
- Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
- Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's
- Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON
Must have :
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by state and local law, Spokane Falls Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Spokane Falls Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :
