JOB REQUIREMENTS :
MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE OR VALID CNA LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEGATIVE TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFERON BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
MUST HAVE PHYSICAL WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
MUST HAVE A CAR TO DRIVE PATIENT TO APPOINTMENTS DURING THE DAY SHIFTS AS NEEDED.
