What will you do?
- Recruiting for IT professionals.
- Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.
- Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards.
- Pre-Screen IT candidates by phone and in person.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers.
- Tracking interview feedback for candidates.
- Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.
- Leverage a strong knowledge of the contracting / sourcing market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence in order to drive the growth of our company.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.
- Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts.
What are we looking for?
- 3-7 years strong IT recruiting experience is required.
