Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of Emergency / Critical Care / Trauma experience
License : Current valid RN License
Certifications :
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) preferred
Must-Have :
- BSN or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience preferred
Job Description :
- Support the trauma program through effective performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to drive quality improvement in trauma care.
- Facilitate and lead performance improvement projects and activities.
- Ensure compliance with state and national trauma standards and guidelines.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on trauma performance improvement strategies.
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation and reporting.
