Receptionist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and assist all office guests
- Professionally answer phones and manage calls accordingly
- Maintain professional appearance of the reception area, lobby
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
- Signing in visitors / handing out temporary badges
- Checking / responding to emails & Teams messages
- Organizing meetings
- Data entry
- Creating badges for new employees / deactivating them for ex-employees
- Sort USPS mail
- Printing and / or laminating signs, documents, etc.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 related experience preferred with knowledge of corporate facilities dept.
- Excellent computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Assertive and resourceful; self motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.
