DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our team. The primary emphasis of this position will be to conduct extensive document review and legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and prepare memoranda in large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct extensive document review and legal research
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and prepare memoranda
- Analyze legal and factual issues in construction defect cases
- Represent clients in Florida and other jurisdictions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in construction litigation laws and regulations
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1-3 years of experience in construction litigation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review voluminous documents
- Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills
- Member of the Florida Bar required
- Construction litigation experience highly preferred
