Elim Registered Behavior Technician

You'll help them reach educational goals and you'll implement individual educational plans under the guidance of the BCBA.
You'll work with students to create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. You'll implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the behavior therapist.
We're looking for people who care about people. As a RBT, you'll be required to :
- Be responsible for the direct implementation behavior analytic services including skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the RBT supervisor
- Integrate knowledge and ability to teach students using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

Hours :
Monday -Friday, 8 : 00 - 3 : 30, includes 6 week ESY session
Wages & Benefits :
- Competitive starting pay of $24.85 / hr for hours worked

Education, Licenses & Certifications :
- Paraprofessional, Substitute Teaching or PEL license is required.Not sure how to get your license? Please ask and we can provide instructions
- Current Registered Behavior Tech Certificate
- Successfully passed initial RBT Competency Assessment, completed annual RBT recertification training, and registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
