What we need

Les Olson IT offers a broad array of office technology solutions to its customers, including image and print solutions. We monitor customer machine usage through an automated reporting feature called EKM.

We are looking for someone passionate about technology, collaboration, and customer service to administer the EKM program.

You'll work with our Image & Print Connectivity, Data Analytics, and Billing teams to make sure that the program is doing its job by meeting the company's needs.

You'll support the success of the EKM program by administering the program, monitoring the connection between EKM and our internal systems such as our ERP and CRM, training company employees on how to install and maintain EKM, working with customers who use EKM, and helping develop internal policies related to data collection and installation of EKM.
