Job Description

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :
