Job Details :
- Pay : $105 Hr.
- Coverage dates : ASAP- 3 Months with high likelihood of extension
- Schedule : Monday - Friday - 8 : 30a-5 : 00p - with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Will have days off during week while working weekend shift.
- No Call
- Type of Patients / Cases : Outpatient Internal Medicine; includes cold / flu, diabetes management, chronic conditions; familiarity with Kaiser’s practices preferred
- Patients per shift : 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits;
- EMR : Epic
- Support Staff : Dedicated LVN’s and MA’s
- Credentialing timeframe : Estimated 90 Days
Requirements :
- Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
- Active BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
