What You’ll Do

• Grow and develop a team with a positive culture and mindset for success.
• Ensure operational standards are met by providing best in class training and leadership.
• Manage guest experience through communication and community engagement.
• Oversee and grow catering business with outreach and top-notch service.
• Manage financial success of the restaurant by analyzing and adapting to areas of opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Outstanding skills in team building, interpersonal communication, and staff development.
• Ability to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action.
• Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour day and lift up to 40 pounds of weight several times per day.
• Must be available to work evenings (until about 9) and weekends
