Press Brake Operator Requirements :
- Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
- Set up forming dies, operate brake press (Cincinnati), and tooling per standards
- Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures
- Produce metal work pieces to quality and efficiency standards
- Complete required paperwork
- Perform all required housekeeping tasks
Press Brake Operator Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of brake press experience
- Excellent blueprint reading skills
- Ability to choose dies
- Experience with a 175 or 350 brake preferred
- Heavy manufacturing experience a plus
Press Brake Operator Compensation & Benefits :
- Hourly wage : $24.00 / hour to $27.00 / hour - depending on experience
- Shift Premium! add $2 / hour to your hourly wage!!
- Insurance starts after 30 days
- Immediate eligibility for holiday pay
- PTO within in first 6 months of employment
- 401K
- Profit Sharing Bonus! 50% is a cash payment and 50% of the bonus is deposited into your 401K
