We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and account analysis.
Duties :
- Processing cash receipts and handling bank deposits
- Analyzing aging reports
- Reconciling billing discrepancies and issuing re-bills
- Managing billing, cutting checks, and making deposits
- Conducting collection calls
- Assisting the accounting department with administrative duties
- Performing account reconciliations
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable / payable
- Experience with popular accounting software preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Superior communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and time constraints
Pay and Shift :
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Salary : $50,000 to $60,000 per year
