Responsibilities
- As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings
- You will work closely with property owners, managers, and facility maintenance teams to ensure the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems
Diagnosis and Repair :
- Identify issues with HVAC systems through troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
- Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and control systems to restore proper functionality
Preventive Maintenance :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC systems, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- A company vehicle and gas card are provided.
