Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will work directly with the sales team and customers responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions.
This role acts as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure there are clear requirements and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- In partnership with the Sales, Operations and Product Engineering teams, understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our Product / Service .
- Work with the sales team to understand client’s technical objectives and requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including creating proposals and statements of work.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Work cross-departmentally to help engage technical and product teams around specific solution requirements.
- Develop customized technology and software solutions that address specific client needs.
- Help respond to inbound technical RFPs / RFIs.
- Ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Contribute new customer requirements into internal product and solution innovation processes.
- Remain up-to-date on technical industry trends and products.
- Serve as the technical liaison during the handoff from sales to implementation.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- A proven track record in providing customer technical solutions.
- Strong ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in pre-sales, Microsoft 365, and computer networking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
