This position earns a starting range of $20-22 per hour, and to sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a six-month development and performance program!

To be successful as a Resource Counselor at Community Interface Services, you'll need to possess a unique set of skills and qualities.

First and foremost , exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with individuals and providing them with the support and assistance they need.

Additionally, your resource-finding abilities will be crucial, as you'll be tasked with connecting individuals to various opportunities and services within the community.

At minimum, we are seeking someone who has a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), a passenger vehicle and safe driving record, able to pass a background check, and able to assess and make decisions to improve someone's wellbeing.
