The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills :

Support both internal and external customers and suppliers

Track and report status of various projects

Attend weekly meetings

Pull data from SAP and import to Excel

Create PowerPoint presentations for report outs on work in progress reports

Coordinate team meetings and log meeting minutes

HS Diploma or GED

2+ years of administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Time management skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Proactive problem solver

Pay range : $20 to $25 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This position is classified as Remote PT 15 hours per week, within the United States.

Travel requirements : Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.

Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
