Credit & Collection Supervisor, Great Plains District at KONE

Location : anywhere within the Great Plains District (ideally near Kansas City, Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Louis, Peoria, Wichita, Oklahoma City, Moline). No relocation is offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization\'s debt recovery process for a district, ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining financial stability.
• Develop collection strategies, manage a team, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Achieve key strategic goals and implement business plans for the collections function.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and financial performance.
• Provide leadership to a team to ensure proficiency in collections and effective resolution of escalated disputes with complex accounts and customers.
