Apex Systems Inc. is currently hiring a Desktop Support Technician role for one of our growing clients in the south Denver metro area.
This position provides installation, administration and support such as supporting PC and printer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in Desktop Support
IT EXPERIENCE must include the following :
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office
- Software Installations
- Printer Deployment on Windows Servers
- Experience troubleshooting TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP and wireless network problems
- Hardware deployment such as desktops and printers
- Experience with a ticketing system
- MAC Support
- Mobile device support such as tablets, portable workstations and VDI
LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS
A+, Network+ and ITIL Foundation Certifications Preferred
