Dietary Supervisor-Food Services
Per Diem
Alternating weekends 6am-12pm
United Hebrew of New Rochelle is seeking a per-diem Dietary Supervisor to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Food Service department.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of the dietary workers, in the assembly and delivery of resident meals services, and maintaining the high standards and delivery of quality care and services United Hebrew of New Rochelle is known for.

United Hebrew is a beautiful 294 bed long-term and rehabilitation facility in New Rochelle, Westchester County. We are rated by CMS as a 5-star facility, with 4 stars in staffing.
Our high staffing levels allow nurses and CNAs to provide excellent and safe care to residents and patients. We put an emphasis on patient safety and staff work satisfaction.

Position Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Food Science, Food Service Management or similar a plus
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Available to work every-other Saturday and Sunday from 6am-12pm
- Two or more years of experience in managing tray assembly, storeroom, cafeteria, sanitation and safety, quantity food production preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
