As Engineering Manager, you will lead the product area, championing both the career development of your team and the overall success of our projects.

Cloud Network Analyzer (CNA) is a Prisma Cloud module which provides the true network exposure of customer assets based on a set of policies.

This module collects all configurations and runs periodic analysis across all major Cloud Service Providers.

You'll actively manage the development of a Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), designed to secure cloud-based applications across major providers.

Specifically, Prisma Cloud Compute ensures the security of cloud applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.

This involves integrating DevSecOps at the code level, implementing Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) for breach prevention, and deploying Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) for real-time detection, alerting, and blocking of global cyber-attacks.

Your Impact

  • Huge! Protect customers from real cloud native attacks!
  • Lead high performing Engineering team responsible on Cloud Native Network Analyzer
  • Partner closely with Product Management to identify and drive product engineering strategy
  • Lead the engineering team to perform requirements analysis, release planning, Jira issue management, CI / CD process development, software development effort estimation, performance analysis, and delivering world-class scalable and reliable software.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3+ years experience as an engineering manager managing a team of engineers to build highly scalable production solutions
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building distributed, resilient, performant and highly scalable over cloud native technologies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Effective people management, including performance evaluation and career development
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and project management
  • Experience in designing, building and maintaining a scalable cloud based server side application at scale

Plus

  • Experience in cyber-security domain
  • Knowledge in cloud network traffic management
  • Experience leading hybrid team

Education

BS / MS Computer Science or other related engineering fields (equivalent military experience)

The team is composed of 5 backend engineers working with Golang. Their role is to design, implement, maintain and scale CNA micro services to constantly meet our customer expectations, with high quality deliverables.
