Collaborate with designers, architects, and technical artists to create immersive environments and experiences. Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists, fostering a creative and collaborative team culture. Define and implement art style guidelines and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across projects. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and enhance our visualization capabilities. Review and critique artwork, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency. Manage project timelines and resources to meet client expectations and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in art, Animation, Game Design, or a related field. Proven experience in real-time graphics development, particularly in architectural visualization. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar). Excellent understanding of artistic principles, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in architectural visualization or urban planning. Experience with VR / AR technologies and their applications in architectural visualization. Knowledge of shaders, particle systems, and advanced rendering techniques. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce) and agile development processes.
