The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the programs and activities of the Day Care Center.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning and directing daily program of activities that meet clients' specific needs and interests as determined by clients' care plan and program goals.
• Responsible for scheduling and posting monthly calendar of
• Maintains all paperwork for entertainers and therapists, including 1099's and
• Maintain daily attendance logs for
• Plans all Center
• Responsible for all materials, equipment / supplies necessary for scheduled
• Assist Director in overseeing volunteers in the program and informs them of work
• Responsible for developing community resources which provide entertainment, outings and / or volunteer programming.
• Responsible for planning client field
• Complete any other tasks assigned by Program Director or Activities

Other Responsibilities :

• Assist clients upon arrival to Center, including guiding clients from transportation to inside the Center, signing clients in and recording arrival time, assisting with distributing morning coffee and / or snack.
• Assist with afternoon snack
• Assist clients departing Center, including signing clients out and recording departure time, ensuring clients leave with appropriate caregiver or transportation.
