- Support the design, development, and implementation of workforce analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load HR data from various sources into centralized databases.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast workforce trends and identify key drivers of employee retention, engagement, and performance.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate workforce analytics into business processes and decision-making frameworks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
The essentials
- Five (5) or more years of experience in workforce analytics, HR data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in developing data analysis scripts, machine learning models, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in querying and manipulating large datasets from relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
The preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR data concepts, including employee demographics, performance metrics, compensation data, and workforce planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience with workforce planning and forecasting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
You should know
This position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
