Project Superintendent

Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in managing the construction of a significant DOJ renovation project in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple floors to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and end client to provide updates on project progress.
  • Complete daily reports to track construction activities and progress.
  • Assist general superintendents with ordering and logistics to support project needs.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Superintendent in construction.
  • Experience in commercial construction and interior construction projects.
  • Proficient in subcontractor management and construction supervision.
  • Familiarity with OSHA 30 regulations, project scheduling, and construction safety.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and schedule management.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with mid to large-scale project management.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to organize projects effectively and efficiently.

    Work onsite with a large construction team on one of the biggest interior projects in Washington, DC.     Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, Virginia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / hr.
