Maintains communication within production team members ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc. Identifies and ensures that proper materials are used for production.

Cleans the machines daily; organizes machine and material parts during closing operations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.

Ensure the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced. Ability to perform changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.

Prepare equipment for the next run to include size changes as needed. Complete required paperwork and checklists as required JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions Visual acuity to color consistency Manual coordination and dexterity and attention to detail Ability to use basic hand tools Manual coordination and dexterity while utilizing hand tools, cleaning equipment Be able to work safely around operating machinery EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be flexible in work schedule. Willing to work overtime, based on business need. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is around, moving mechanical parts and vibration Ability to lift up to 50lbs ePac believes in a collaborative and cross trained workforce and encourage all employees to learn all facets of production.
