Summary :
The Operations Supervisor position is critically important to the success of Vision Technologies Inc. It is a position created to instill the culture of the company into the lowest levels of the operations organization.
As the IT Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for direct management of the Project Foreman
Essential Functions :
Ensure consistency in delivery among Foremen
Ensure conformance to Vision Technologies quality standards
Ensure effective use and projection of Client
Develop good customer relation skills in Foremen
Develop budget knowledge and budget control practices
Enhance Foremen abilities to recognize and procure change orders
Utilize project management tools to manage projects
Promote and teach strategic thinking and gaining new business
Ensure Foremen process paperwork correctly and efficiently
Establish guidelines for and promote field engineering
Establish project ownership among Foremen
Establish value proposition of the Operations Supervisor to field personnel
Perform site surveys to augment the Pre-Sales Engineering Department
Provide project status reports to management
Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate personnel effectively
Evaluate Foremen and lead technicians, provide regular feedback on performance
Ensure the ITS Operations Department is meeting the goals and objectives of the company
