Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior HR expert for complex employee relations matters, particularly in Dutch employment law

Draft country-specific HR information and provide training to internal teams on HR topics

Contribute to cross-functional projects to support global hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in employee relations in the Netherlands, with experience in high-risk cases

Fluent in Dutch and English

6+ years of HR generalist experience, particularly in employee relations

Cross-country HR experience with a global focus

Experience partnering with Dutch Works Councils and navigating legal nuances
