Location : Staten Island, NY

Schedule : Flexible, 12-hour night shifts (Non-negotiable)

Salary : $60.00 per hour

Weekly Hours : 3x12, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, as needed

Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with G-Tube and Trach requirements in home care.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct assessments for proper care.
Manage G-Tube feedings, medication administration, and tracheostomy care.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families for comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on G-Tube and Trach care, maintenance, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate medical records and offer emotional support to patients and families.

Requirements :

Current NYS RN license.
2 years pediatric nursing experience with G-Tube and Trach care.
BLS and PALS certifications.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Experience :

2 years Pediatric Nursing, Tracheostomy Care, and Home Care.
