Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Cost Control & Operational Finance

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational costsincluding food, labor, and overheadacross multiple business units
  • Set spending targets for operational leaders and track performance against those benchmarks
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain cost efficiency and drive adherence to financial targets
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Month-End Close & Accruals

  • Manage month-end close processes, including accruals for receivables, payables, sales, expenses, and inventory
  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and maintain integrity of P&L and balance sheet statements
  • Reconcile key accounts and confirm proper revenue and expense recognition
  • Accounts Payable Oversight

  • Lead full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoice processing
  • Input vendor invoices into ERP and sales systems to ensure correct client billing
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain cost forecasting models to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborate with finance and operations leadership on monthly expense forecasts and annual budgeting processes
  • Provide weekly forecast updates to inform divisional financial strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the finance liaison between operations, procurement, and senior leadership
  • Clearly communicate financial performance and guidance to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Qualifications :

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial control, preferably in foodservice, catering, hospitality, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
  • Proven background in cost control, forecasting, accounts receivable, and payables management
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes in operational environments
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and process improvement
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
