Century Group’s manufacturing client, located in South Bay LA, is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team.
You will be responsible for preparing and completing complex tax returns and reports in compliance with federal, state, and local income tax requirements, handling notices and audits, and assisting with the global tax provision and reconciling tax accounts throughout the year.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $92,000 to $102,000.
Job Description
- Assist Tax Team on various projects including transfer pricing, Foreign Tax Credits, and Research & Development Credits.
- Perform professional tax accounting and financial services.
- Examine and interpret financial documents.
Requirements :
- Broad US tax background, including strong hands-on experience with the preparation of consolidated federal and multi-state income tax returns.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Must be team-oriented and collaborative, able to work well with others.
- Must have good problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of Corporate income tax returns.
