About the Role

As an RN in our Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care. You will report directly to the Director of the Emergency Department and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Evaluate the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on age, culture, and circumstances.
• Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.
