Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Total 10+ years of experience.
• Associates degree or 3-4 years of work experience in an application support position
• 7 years of hands-on experience with BMC Monitoring
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware / software
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to present ideas in concise, user-friendly language
• Experience in Client Office applications including Excel and Outlook
