As Scheduling Coordinator , you are responsible for building a multi-crew schedule and being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Your role includes working with customers over the phone to schedule jobs from an existing customer list, responding to customer emails, and answering inbound customer calls. You will play an integral part in the overall success of the company by determining the best scheduling and routing for our technicians. You will build and keep current customer profiles in addition to other administrative tasks. This job is not remote and will require 40 hours a week in the office, Monday- Friday (9am to 5pm).
