Responsibilities :

  • ? Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production, Conveyor Experience

equipment throughout the facility.

  • ? Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation

    • equipment.

  • ? Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health

    • administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions.

  • ? Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
  • ? Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority.
  • ? Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to

    • the supervising manager.

  • ? Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary

    • documentation for the same.

  • ? Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment.
  • ? Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance

    • when observed.

  • ? Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
  • ? Other duties as assigned.

    • Pay Rate Starting $25.00

    Shift Hours 12 noon to 10 : 00pm

    Requirements :

  • ? In depth electrical and mechanical experience.
  • ? Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts.
  • ? PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
  • ? AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience.
  • ? Knowledge of working with HMI's.
  • ? Ability to work independently.
  • ? Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services.
  • ? Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • ? Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ? Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
  • ? Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment.
  • ? Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
  • ? Ability to operate a forklift.
  • ? Should follow oral or written instructions.
  • ? Team mindset.
  • ? Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • ? High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • ? Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
