Full Job Description :
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager (P / PM) with proficient hands-on experience with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), focusing on improving flood risk management.
The Senior IT Program Manager (P / PM) role will be hybrid in Falls Church, Virginia. Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Cloud Architecture, Configuration Management (CM), and Information Security.
Roles & Responsibilities for the Senior IT Program Manager (P / PM) :
- Managed NFIP projects with FEMA, enhancing flood risk assessment and mitigation strategies, and leveraging FEMA Pivot System for data analysis and reporting.
- Designed and implemented secure, scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud, and established Configuration Management practices.
- Led large scale project teams using SAFe methodologies and applied PMP best practices to improve project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Enforced information security measures with DevSecOps principles and ensured ITIL compliance for improved service management and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications for the Senior IT Program Manager (P / PM) :
- 5+ years of experience with FEMA and / or the National Flood Insurance Program and / or hands-on experience with FEMA Pivot System.
- Associate’s degree or higher and / or 5- years of experience
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Active Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
- Active ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
