Marathon TS is in search of a Capture Manager with a good bench network in the Northern Virginia / DC area to support our client in the government sector.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Capture Manager. The Capture Manager should be an accomplished business developer who understands project management, contracts, and proposal development, conducting research, developing content strategies, writing, and proofreading.
This role will be remote work based with the flexibility for some in person work as needed for industry days or HQ meetings in McLean, VA.
The Capture Manager's work experience should reflect examples of leadership, facilitation, strategy development, motivation, data analysis, management of the writing and delivery process for proposals, and demonstrate win themes and knowledge of Industry.
