PDS Tech is currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Specialist in Everett, WA!

Job Title : Retail Sales Specialist

Job Type : Full-time; Consultant (12 months)

Location : Everett, WA 98204

Schedule : Monday to Friday; First Shift

Pay Rate : 16.06 to 19.00 per hour

Job Description :

Duties & Responsibilities :

Open and close the store.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.

Process POS (point of sale) purchases.

Handle returns of merchandise.

Process freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.

Maintain an organized stock room and prepare store inventory.

Prepare and process store orders for customers.

Identify and report safety and housekeeping issues.

Restock the store when necessary.

Routinely clean the store.

Report all customer complaints to the Store Manager.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills :

5+ years of sales experience or customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills.

Pay Details : 16.06 to 19.00 per hour
