About the Role :

  • This role will be part of the Finance team and will be collaborating closely with other data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
  • This role will work closely with the Revenue, Finance, FP&A, and Tax teams to help define, measure, and track success metrics and KPIs for the Client’s products.
  • The ideal candidate will also have strong SQL skills in data definitions, data management, and data querying to translate business logic into performant tables that power dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with financial teams to define KPIs and success metrics for products and features.
  • Translate KPIs and metrics into clearly defined, performant tables.
  • Build, modify, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, metrics, and the general health of products.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to collaborate on strategy, and tactics, and to present findings.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, and trends and answer key business questions.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as analytics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, or related technical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8+ (6+ years with a Master's) years of professional experience in a data-driven, finance analytical role.
  • Demonstrated previous proficiency in SQL and Tableau and experience with Python / R to be tested during technical interviews.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis.
  • Experience building intuitive dashboards using Tableau producing actionable data insights.
  • Experience working independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Hands-on previous professional experience in finance analytics, preferably at a SaaS subscription-based company.
  • Experience with dbt is a bonus.

Location : 100% Remote

Salary Range : The salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
