Job Description

Oversee all field operations on healthcare and hospital projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field staff to drive project progress. Enforce strict safety standards and maintain compliance with regulations and company policies. Monitor daily jobsite activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication with project managers and stakeholders. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting to maintain project excellence. Partner closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Mentor and guide field teams to foster strong performance and collaboration.
