We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP ECC implementation and support within the Fashion and Apparel industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects across various business units within the fashion domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from design, production, merchandising, retail, and supply chain teams to align SAP solutions with business processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project governance, risk, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants for configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Drive integration between SAP ECC and fashion‑specific systems such as PLM, POS, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure effective communication between business teams and IT, translating functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Oversee change management, user training, and post‑go‑live support activities.
• Report project progress, key risks, and issue resolution status to senior management and stakeholders.
