Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center is growing in Texas and immediately hiring for Fulltime Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center , a leader in the sub-acute and long term care market, seeks an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a lovingly professional nursing home environment.
The selected candidate should have strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can assist in fostering a welcoming environment, promoting collaboration, and establishing the center as the preferred Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care provider within the communities we serve.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Our CNA's enjoy interacting with residents while engaging in the activities of daily living.
2. Assist residents with daily personal care routines such as showers, bathing, personal hygiene, etc.
3. Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs and appointments.
4. Assist residents with various other daily needs as necessary.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications :
1. A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred for this position.
2. Must have successfully completed a state approved nursing assistant program and successfully passed state test.
3. Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
4. Required to attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center in order to maintain certification.
