A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Norwegian speaking, based in Norway).
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-level technical support to primarily Norwegian customers
Managing and resolving incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs
Proactively monitoring system performance and identifying issues before they escalate
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong experience working in Unix / Linux environments
Knowledge of IP configuration, VPNs, routing, and databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
Fluent Norwegian language skills (both verbal and written) - essential
Experience or understanding of telecom networks (2G-5G) - a strong plus
Familiarity with Cisco routers / switches and AWS / cloud services preferred
