TrinWare is a successful custom computer manufacturer and managed service provider based in Centennial, Colorado for almost 20 years.

We are looking for a Production Operations Assistant, to join our dynamic team. TrinWare provides custom computer systems to OEM’s, manufacturers, software solution providers, and vertical market companies that provide turn-key computer solutions.

We provide managed services to companies seeking to streamline and reduce costs in IT management.

Production Operations Assistant

The Computer Production Operations Assistant is responsible for the efficient, accurate, detailed, and timely layout of computer systems, servers, notebooks, and other computing solutions that the production team will be building.

This will involve accurately pulling system parts, capturing serial numbers into customer sales orders, and placing parts on the build benches in the Tech Shop.

This position is also responsible for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process with both Vendors and with Clients, making Customer Service an integral part of the role.

Candidates with solid office computing skills and a basic understanding of hardware and software parts / products will be most successful in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse order pulling and recognizing small differences in product numbers and be able to distinguish computer parts.

Detail orientation and accuracy are a must have for this role.

Computer Production Operations Assistant Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience pulling orders and organizing them for next steps in production
• 1 or more years of Vendor RMA Management or equivalent Customer Service.
• Experience with office automation software especially order management / ERP (MAS90 is a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for 8 or more hours per day

Duties

Computer Production Assistance

• Accurate, efficient, and timely layout of computers, servers, notebooks, and related products as required by the production team
• Assist the production team by pulling and serializing orders and providing them to the team prior to the completion of previous batch of orders

RMA & Customer Service

• Manage the RMA process with Clients and with Vendors using best practices, attention to detail, process and time management and excellent customer service.
• Works through the Purchasing & Customer Service Coordinator for customer communications that require more than template follow ups

Warehouse Assistance

• Assist the warehouse operations team by receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming products for TrinWare Operations
• Assist the warehouse operations team by pulling orders, packaging orders & shipping products via Fed-Ex, UPS, Courier, Rep Delivery or other delivery methods

Relationships

The Computer Production Operations Assistant will report to the Computer Production Manager

Hours

Between the hours of 7 : 30am to 6 : 00pm (8 hours plus 1 hour lunch) 40+ hours per week. Set hours to be determined and may fluctuate with operations.

Overtime may be required to meet production or operations goals.
